Contact form: name, email, optional phone, number of passengers, preferred date and your message.
WhatsApp: when you click a WhatsApp button you are redirected to WhatsApp; the conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Email & phone: when you contact us by email or phone we receive the information you choose to share.

How we use your data

To answer your enquiry and organise your tour.
To send you booking-related communications (date, weather, meeting point).
To measure and improve our website and Google Ads campaigns (only with consent).

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), based on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies (Art. 6.1.a), and for our legitimate interest in running our business (Art. 6.1.f).

Sharing

We never sell your data. We use trusted processors such as Google (Analytics & Ads) and Meta (WhatsApp). These services may transfer data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
